SmartGenealogy 2.8 is genealogy software that will help the user to record individual persons with most of the events in their lives.
The software could be used with pictures or multimedia files. Events could be added with ease to any individual record. It also provides an ascending genealogy tree with 8 levels as well as a descending genealogy tree with 3 levels. It has a timeline with three memory locations to save preferred positions in the tree. It can be used with very large databases with a good response time. The navigation for the database is easy with a powerful ‘seek’ function.
The application lets the user create, open and destroy genealogy databases. They could import and export gedcom files as well as excel files. The database can be easily exported into PDF files. A perpetual calendar or a To Do notepad helps in efficient record keeping. The databases could be backed up in a compressed zip file. The databases could also be used to create Internet websites. The user could even create a jpg or bmp file with 8 levels of genealogy tree. The navigation is easy and the too is easy to operate.
